No minimums, you just need to decide what level of service you require and if a fee only program works for you.
Yes, all independent advisors that have a Registered Investment Advisory Firm are required to provide all clients with the ADV Part II which outlines the practice, background of advisors and fee structure, this also explains my fiduciary duty to clients. TradePMR is a member of SIPC. Above and beyond SIPC coverage, our clearing firm, First Clearing maintains additional insurance coverage, currently through the Customer Asset Protection Company. Effective January 1, 2009, the additional insurance coverage will be provided through London Underwriters (led by Lloyd’s of London Syndicate) (“Lloyds”). For clients who have received the full SIPC payout limit, First Clearing’s policy with Lloyd’s provides additional coverage above the SIPC limits for any missing securities and cash in client brokerage accounts up to a firm aggregate limit of $1 billion (including up to $1.9 million for cash per client). In other words, the aggregate amount of all client losses covered under this policy are subject to a limit of $1 billion, with each client covered up to $1.9 million for cash.
Yes, if you make arrangements ahead of time we can make later appointments or on a Saturday if needed.
Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, but beware, occasionally the office is closed for outside appointments. I do encourage you to set appointments ahead of time. You are welcome to drop off items needed by me and if I’m not in an appointment I will try to visit. Again, always call first to find out if I’m available. I will always return your phone call.
Yes, for a basic review of your asset allocation, risk/return allocation and fee review my minimum charge is based on the complexity. There is no obligations once we’ve reviewed your situation.
