Lead Advisor
The Lead Advisor is an integral part of our team at Clarity Wealth Development, serving as the connection between our clients and the CWD support teams, under the guidance of our Senior Advisors. This great communicator, team player and enthusiastic person who supports and demonstrates the vision and positive culture, and team orientation of our firm.
Our Lead Advisors are highly experienced and focus on overseeing the client journey to ensure a consistently positive client experience that holds true to our vision. They may develop new client relationships; train, supervise and mentor other staff members; contribute to marketing campaigns, and refine processes and procedures with our operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads Client Relationships
- Engages directly with clients to best support their decision making, investments and financial outcomes in the lead role.
- Advises client by understanding their needs, objectives, goals, and concerns
- Leads development, presentation, and implementation of financial plans
- Leads client meetings and is responsible for client engagement
- Responsible for communication and client representation with other professionals (CPAs, attorneys etc.)
- Provides periodic oversight, in line with firm procedures, to ensure the needs of the client are being met
Drives Growth of the Firm
- Develops and converts prospects into clients to facilitate firm growth
- Builds and executes on marketing efforts and Centers of Influence relationships to build business opportunities for referral relationships
- Communicates with people outside the organization, representing CWD to professionals, the community, and other external groups
Develops Talent
- Trains, supervises, and helps advisors formulate and sharpen their professional skills
- Identifies and executes on successful transition of client relationships to other advisors in support of the team
Serves as a leader in the firm
- Solves problems creatively by analyzing information and evaluating results to recommend solutions
- Supports CWD team on technical financial planning and investment planning needs, systems, or process-related topics
- Follows compliance requirements to maintain an effective and robust investment advisory compliance program
- Provides procedural oversight and supervisory duties to reporting advisors
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Licensing
- A bachelor’s degree with CFP® or similar with pursuit of advanced designation/degree (CPA, CFA, ChFC, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in a direct advisory capacity in financial services

Senior Client Service Associate
The Senior Client Service Associate at Clarity Wealth Development is an integral member of our team, serving as the primary connection between our clients and their financial advisory team. The associate must be an enthusiastic person who supports and demonstrates the vision, positive culture, and team orientation of our firm with clients.
The key role of this position is to engage and support the overall success of many different projects and initiatives, while working side-by-side with our Advisory and Client Services teams. The Senior Client Service Associate focuses on team engagement, client success, and project management assignments. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations, human resource functions, communications.
This position requires a pro-active approach and an ability to independently carry out the duties of the position. The ideal candidate has experience exercising good judgment, and an ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks. The ability to effectively manage time and multiple responsibilities with attention to detail is critical to this role. The Senior Client Service Associate must be confident making decisions during times of uncertainty or strict deadlines.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Client and Firm Engagement
- Provide administrative support to all associates, answering and responding to phone inquiries, managing client and vendor contact lists, managing schedules, tracking expenses, booking travel, preparing correspondence, and producing reports and presentation materials
- Responsible for the maintenance and retention of office files consistent with firm/professional policies and requirements
- Support marketing activities and client events including newsletters, blog, social media, website, external communications, etc.
- Conducts other administrative related tasks and projects as needed
- Send paperwork to clients adhering to the Custodian’s compliance rules pertaining to electronic signatures as requested.
- Quality check and submit custodial items for processing
- Mentor and Supervise Lead and Client Service Specialists Associates
Advisory
- Preparation and support for weekly Client Prep meetings, ensuring Advisory and Client Services teams are ready for client meetings
- Support client onboarding with financial planning and investment management applications
- Respond to and research demands for complex client account requests
- Lead support initiatives and/or core projects that support Advisory teams
- Gather and prepare necessary information for advisory meetings with clients
- Provide trading and portfolio support as directed.
- Manage tax process and procedures such as Required Minimum Distributions, or other tax specific functions, as directed.
Compliance
- Support compliance efforts, maintaining an effective and robust investment advisory compliance program
- Responsible for conducting certain compliance program tests
- Perform other compliance related tasks and projects as assigned
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Five years' experience in an administrative service support role.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Leadership experience demonstrated by years of administrative progressive responsibility and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and the experience to know when it is necessary to reprioritize tasks.
- Experience working in a busy administrative and compliance environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience organizing, scheduling, and promoting meetings or events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) Certification (or pursuit of)
- Experience with investments and financial planning applications
- Knowledge of Registered Investment Advisory operations, regulations, compliance and oversight
- Experience working with various custodial platforms
- Subject matter expertise in client service roles
Associate Advisor
The Associate Advisor is an integral part of our team at Clarity Wealth Development, serving as the connection between our clients and the CWD support teams, under the guidance of our Senior Lead Advisors. The associate advisor must be an enthusiastic person who supports and demonstrates the vision, positive culture, and team orientation of our firm with clients.
The key role of this position is to support client relationships, working side-by-side with our lead and senior advisors. This support involves preparing analysis, reports, and agendas for client meetings, as well as note taking during meetings and ensuring appropriate follow up after meetings. The associate advisor is responsible for contributing to a consistently excellent advisory experience for clients.
Our Associate Advisors have an opportunity to grow into leadership positions. The growth of our advisors is a priority for Clarity, and you will have opportunities to attend training sessions, conferences, and work alongside experienced advisors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationships
- With the support of Senior and Lead Advisors, supports clients in decision making, investments and financial outcomes

- Provide meeting preparation for Lead/Senior Advisor and ability to lead client case preparation
- Ensures consistently exceptional client experience by tracking client metrics, ensuring timely meeting follow up, and timely communication
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFP®designation, or Series 65 and pursuit of CFP®designation
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) and time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
Preferred qualifications
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting and modeling
