Growing up a farmer’s daughter just south of Corvallis, Oregon I learned the value of hard work and perseverance. I attended school in Corvallis and graduated from Oregon State University with a Natural Resources Economics Degree and minors in business and statistics. After college I worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a statistician in California and Colorado. In 1996 my husband and I returned to Corvallis to help with the family farm. In 2000, my entrepreneurial spirit helped me realize my dream of owning my own retail business, as a florist.
My background and experience in running that retail business and being involved with the sale of our family’s business gave me a unique perspective in family-owned businesses. I also realized that running a retail business was not my dream career. With the help of my financial advisor, I decided financial planning was what I really wanted to do. Director of Financial Planning – Dr. Kim Hall
Kim is working towards obtaining CFP® certification. She passed the exam in March and is working with Kay Dee and Todd bringing you the best of working with a team.

You make decisions everyday trading-off between time, money and mental energy, ideally in ways that reflect your values. These decisions can be as big as buying a house, or as small as whether to go out to eat or prepare a meal at home. Financial planning is a powerful tool each of us can use can use to get the most of what we value out of life. I work with clients to identify goals, evaluate trade-offs, and to make informed decisions on how to use their resources. Director of Operations – Nicole Rowley
Nicole has sixteen plus years of experience in the financial services industry with extensive expertise in customer service, marketing and office management. Nicole joined Clarity Wealth Development in 2017 and assists Kay Dee with client services and running the office. Nicole loves the outdoors, camping, baking and spending time with friends, family and especially husband Luke and cutie pie daughter Hayden.
Director of Client Services – Brandy Felina
Brandy joined the team at Clarity Wealth Development after being a stay at home mom to her 3 daughters and son for the past 14 years. While at home she ran an In-home Child care business for 12 of those years. Brandy recently decided that she was ready to transition out of the home and into the workforce. She wanted a career that would allow her to utilize all of her skill sets as well as provide an environment for learning and gaining new strengths. In her spare time, Brandy enjoys vacationing to tropical destinations, playing on her co-ed spring softball team, and watching her kids play sports among many other things.
